What is mKonnect?
mKonnect is a suite of user-friendly Mobile applications for employees and management. It uses our proprietary Middleware platform to exchange data between the backend systems like SAP and the mobile handsets in real-time or asynchronously. mKonnect Sales allows a field sales force to query product, customer and sales-order information in real-time, and punch new sales-orders from their mobile handsets directly into the ERP, thereby reducing order-to-cash cycles, eliminating human errors, bringing transparency and improving customer satisfaction.

mKonnect ESS |
mKonnect ESS (Employee Self Serve) allows employees to submit Leave/Travel Requests, Expense Claims, Tax-free Reimbursement Claims etc. from their mobile handsets. Through the Middleware, mKonnect ESS integrates with relevant ERP modules.

mKonnect Approvals |
mKonnect Approvals is a solution that pushes* approval notifications (e.g. Leave/Travel Requests, Purchase/Sales Orders etc.) from a backend workflow system to mobile handsets of approving managers. Approver gets the notification on the device and can approve/reject it on-the-go.

mKonnect BI |
mKonnect BI is a mobile dashboard solution. It enables analysis of any information and history captured in an ERP/backend database and presentation of the same on the mobile handset in the form of tables and charts. It is a great tool to track daily activity and metrics (e.g. daily sales volume) across an organization´s hierarchy. For ODBC-compliant backend databases, mKonnect BI can be deployed in a few days.
